My heart’s desire is to know God.
On occasion, I may have a desire to purchase something luxurious or indulge in a sweet treat. But I know my life is about more than seeking instant gratification. What I want most of all is to experience God more completely.
I don’t concern myself with the occasional craving because understanding the desire of my heart is most important. In my relationships, I desire to find a genuine and meaningful connection with others. For my body and mind, I value strength, energy and good health.
God within me knows the true desire of my heart and what is needed for my soul’s fulfillment.
“Before they call I will answer, while they are yet speaking I will hear.”–Isaiah 65:24

God guides me through seasons of change in my life.
As autumn begins and temperatures cool, the most noticeable change is a colorful display of leaves. But there is also a shift within me–a sense of fresh energy and excitement.
Visible changes remind me that all is evolving. Seeing God’s transformational handiwork in nature triggers in me a deepening awareness of my potential for positive change. I find opportunities to grow closer to God and deeper in spiritual understanding.
Whether the changes I face are minor or monumental, I have the spiritual tools I need to meet them with confidence and faith. With trust in God, I am guided through the changes life brings.

Anyway, today I am craving to eat some sweets but I am conscious about the high calorie amount of the normal sweets and cookies you can buy from the store,and if you find something that is acceptable to your weight watching perception, for sure it can be EXPENSIVE!!! So, thanks to google that you can easily search some recipe that suits you. Try this very nice LOW calorie cookies recipe´, I am sure you and your family will enjoy this!!!

19:45— It has been such a wonderful weekend. I have talked to my little angel and have seen her once again smile, how jolly and normal she became after all the bothers that she have experienced here in Sweden which she do not really deserve to have experienced; though it can be a positive outcome in the long run to her.

Today I have been with a very special friend. We have started to get to know each other for a month now. Since my angel had been back to our home country, I try to spend my time mostly out with friends for me not to miss her that much. It was a hard decision for me to let her go she is my life next to God.

Thank God that He have never leave me nor forsake me, that He always gives me some people to know to let me feel the blessing of having companion in every way…

friends, sisters and brothers in Christ and specially family and relatives whom you can always reach out  to communicate with this special technology that God have blessed us!

On my way back home, I have met some Japanese family in the sub-way. It feels so good to again use and speak Japanese language since it has been a long time when I last speak it the way I did earlier in the train. Great opportunity for me to practice speaking Japanese language and had gave me again the inspiration and motivation to brush up my Japanese language once more!

これからまた日本語の言葉おいっぱいべんきょしますとがんばります!!!

John 3:16

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have an everlasting life”

Glad Påsk as Swedish people greet each other this Lenten season, Mahal na araw for Filipinos and Happy Easter for English and American people, in Japanese… I have no idea! Ah, what ever… who cares how ever people greet and celebrate this special day as long as we all believe in the same reason why do we remember this day; it is written in John 3:16; I have used this verse for my daughter to find her goal eggs… nothing special with the eggs but the way she finds it with the help of the missing word and the small chocolate rabbits, she found her eggs in a very unique way!

Starting by giving her a small note of verses with illustration of the missing word…

“For God so (heart) the world, that He gave His (1) begotten Son, that whosoever believe in Him should NOT (RIP), but HAVE AN EVERLASTING (Holy Bible).

Cool huh… my daughter has enjoyed it! She learned the word of God and enjoyed the eggs!

Pretty as the flower!!!

Pretty as the flower!!!

I can’t imagine how time goes so fast. March 17, 1997 is a very memorable date for me; 12yrs. ago I can still remember the pain and excitement of that moment. From being careless to an everlasting journey to care and to love. It has been 12yrs. since I gave birth to my dear BabyLuvz (Noemie Ven Aulaine). I personally thank God for giving me such a wonderful blessing whom I will forever treasure. Having the opporunity to be a mother of such a wonderful daughter like Nova to the fact that I have fulfilled oneof the essence of being a woman. Though my role and responsiblity as a mother is unpredictable as life is, I thank THE CREATOR for blessing me all the strength, the wisdom and knowledge in leading this angel to the way she should go and I will NEVER GIVE UP to give the BEST I can for my LIFE next to God.

Onigiri

Ingridients:

* 4 cups steamed Japanese rice
* 8 strips of dried nori (seaweed)
* Salt to taste
* a bowl of water
* *For fillings:
* canned tuna
* mayonaise
* wasabi (optional)

How to make:

Cook the rice. While cooking the rice prepare the filling, drained the water from the canned tuna, mix the tuna and mayonaise (optional: mix some wasabi). Once the rice is cooked let it cool and prepare the bowl of water and put salt in it, there you deep your hands and take enough handful cooled rice, put the mixed tuna and mayonaise in the middle of the rice, then mold the rice into a triangular shape, wrap the onigiri with nori.

** I thought making onigiri is complicated to make… but heh, easy and tasty as it may sound. I have been craving to eat real japanese food, after 4yrs.; since Nova and I used to watch or continously watch Japanese anime and dramas, and oh not to forget continously liking to listen to Jpop… we are still inspired and motivated to know and learn the Japanese culture and it’s language… and continously liking the food.

Sore jya… tanoshimi onigiri tsukutte kudasai!!!

29 November 2008

It is 2:30am, strange that it has been a long time since I was awake this late. I can still remember those moments I’m used of being awake at night and being content being able to catch a 2hours sleep.

2weeks ago, I have filed for a change of address and at the same time filed to have legal freedom (divorce). Honestly I was not really sure of what I am doing though I know there is something good that waits for me. One matter is certain during the process… I AM TIRED…though I WILL NEVER GIVE UP!

Today, I decided to refresh and continue studying Swedish. This time I do it as a self-study for a while, since I have no time to apply in continuing to study at school. It is not because I am lazy to go to school; it is just because of the schedule and situation conflicts.

I assume some knows what am I going through as of now that my moves are locked up to adjust until I got my Permanent Residence Permit in this country (Sweden). So, for now I will just do studying Swedish language my way—just like the song… I did it my way!!!

Language is so exciting as a subject; I started noticing that beside music language is one of my passions. Since I started working in Japan and had been challenge to know how to understand and speak their language from that time on I have learned to myself that I wanted to be a language teacher and maybe become a good linguist… And hey! I will be… in God’s perfect time!

And today… my list of vocabulary:

SKOLKAR                        – it is verb that means CUT CLASS/ SKIPPING CLASS

ERBJUDS                          – verb meaning OFFERS

FRÅNVARO                     – noun meaning ABSENCE

OMKRING                        – an adverb meaning AROUND/ ABOUT

PIPER                                – verb meaning WHISTLE/WHINE

VERKSAMHETSCHEF   – noun meaning ACTIVITY LEADER/CHIEF

SAMBAND MED             – SAMBAND itself is a noun meaning CONNECTION/RELATION together with MED which means WITH it became two words in English “Relation or connection with”

ÖKA or ÖKAR                  – is a verb meaning INCREASE/GAIN/GROW

I got these vocabulary words when I was reading a very interesting topic in the newspaper about the new system that the school here in Sweden is doing to report or notify the parents of those students who cut or skip class through SMS (text message). In my opinion, sending SMS to parents is a very good idea to keep the children out in the street and at least prevent them to become a bad citizen.

3months ago, since I became a masseuse my daily and weekly routine has been exciting and challenging. I woke up early Monday morning to prepare to go to work that takes me at least 2 hours to be at work in Stockholm. I am living in Uppsala with my dear and loving mother in law and my work is in Stockholm. During the week I stay in Stockholm together with my beloved friend, and go home to Uppsala Friday afternoon just to be and spend my weekend with my loving daughter. So far the Lord with job and good people around me has blessed me. Satisfied??? Nope… not yet! As long as our PRP (Permanent Residence Permit) is not yet in our hands I will not stop praying and pursuing to have it! I don’t lose hope and faith… Life goes on and I will keep on pressing towards my goals.
